Comprehensive breast and colorectal cancer gene panel

A customised panel testing 36 genes implicated in breast, colorectal, ovarian, and prostate cancers, performed on blood or tumour samples. With broader gene coverage than Onco BRCA, this panel is often used as a secondary screen for patients who test negative on the two major BRCA genes, and is also useful in cancers with a suspected MMR or HRR mechanism. Results help inform treatment options and prognosis.
