Comprehensive genomic test — WGS with genetic predisposition (ACMG)
A comprehensive genomic test combining Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) with ACMG-classified genetic predisposition screening. WGS reads across all ~22,000 genes to identify variants that may be causing a current health condition or contributing to future risk, and includes the PGx LIVE test, covering the patient’s pharmacogenomics. The predisposition component analyses variants against the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ACMG) list of serious but medically actionable hereditary conditions, including certain cancers and heart diseases, classifying findings as Pathogenic or Likely Pathogenic.

- Includes PGx LIVE pharmacogenomic testing
- Genetic predisposition screening classified per ACMG guidelines
